You and your colleagues can share and collaborate within AI cdCreate. Your permissions to create and amend existing and new presentations depend on your privileges which are managed within AI cdCreate by designated Author Managers.

Author Management
Privileges can vary from being able to edit and publish everything, just create/edit draft-only content or just manage other authors or users. For systems that require many authors, all authors’ details may be imported via a CSV file.

Draft-only authors need to seek approval of their work (in order to publish it or share it as a master presentation) from Super Authors who can decline or approve the work with comments.

User Management
User details can be imported from a CSV file and also administered manually. User data can be shared with your AI eMarketing or AI eXtranet solutions too.
