This was our specified brief (in brief):

3. Present valuable information to customers via the page content and easily uploadable PDF files such as white papers, support documents, online manuals and training materials
4. Increase sales and perform lead generation
• Provide a capable e-marketing solution for Entropie that will allow key staff to perform and track comprehensive e-mail-based marketing campaigns to well targeted business individuals including special offers
• Create and distribute newsletters and editorial content in a highly cost-effective manner via a simple subscription system that will also help to grow the customer-base
• Increase brand and product awareness within the marketplace.
• Provide a secure login area for customers and staff to access privileged content as a second stage deliverable
• Train your staff in the use of the AI eManage web site and eMarketing system
• Ensure compatibility of all features of the site with major releases of the most common browsers/email clients
• Provide future expandability via the AI system, which is wholly extensible
• Deliver the solution with low license, hosting and support fees
• Deliver a comprehensive real-time site statistics package showing you the number of people visiting your site, the areas that they are most interested in, how long they stay and what keywords or phrases they used to find your site (essential for site promotion – an area that we can also assist you in)
