FM Online
Facilities Management Online is a daily updated news distribution service, service supplier/product locator, for Facilities Managers, Managing Directors and top-level Senior Decision Makers Worldwide.
The core element of this project was to adopt an existing design taken from a static website and implement a content management system that would enable FMOnline to focus on their sales rather than the constant management of their web site content and categories. To reduce the workflow even further an enhanced e-marketing system was required to automatically deliver personalised campaigns to over 30,000 company contacts worldwide.
How the brief was met:
- Bespoke delivery of AI eManage using content categories to structure the sites information
- Content Managed Website using the AI eManage engine to look after the mass of content and site structure
- A tailored version of AI eMarketing was created so that FMOnline could independently distribute personalised press releases to a large database on a bi-monthly basis.
