What are the challenges?
The key to devising a strategy for e-learning is to devise a strategy for learning provision as a whole and to consider whether or not e-learning will work within that strategy.
If e-learning is deemed to be a possible training solution or part of the training solution, then it is essential to consider the ways in which e-learning would best benefit both training provider and student and to develop a structured approach to its deployment.
A carefully planned approach via a pilot program can often help to tease out any issues and allow the most appropriate approach to be derived.
Since e-Learning is a highly measurable method, measuring the results, impact and benefits can be facilitated easily and reports generated to substantiate its beneficial claims and theoretical ROI.
Typical measures and monitors can be reported in terms of:
- The number of people participating
- Participant's progress through the training
- Participant's results in tests, quizes and assessments
Delivery of the training content and participation does not necessarily represent a challenge as many providers, including ourselves, can deliver solutions that are accessible world-wide, are easily updated in terms of features and content and provide an engaging platform for realising the benefits of e-learning. What's more we work with you to define the approach, measurability and often partner with training experts who can help create the training content.
